Alumnae Support

One of the first steps we take on our own is going to college. The journey is often winding and confusing. That’s why connecting with local Kappa alumnae can lend a helping hand in seeing our personal vision through.

The alumnae women are an invaluable resource to our chapter as we flourish and grow through college. They offer support in the form of networking, advice and reminding us that our sisterhood is for a lifetime. These women are true sisters and friends that prompt us to live our ritual each day.

Kappa Kappa Gamma at Illinois State University values the lifelong connection between collegiate members and alumnae, creating a strong support system that continues well beyond graduation. Alumnae play an important role in the Theta Beta chapter by serving as mentors, advisors, and role models who help guide members through both their college experience and future careers.

Through networking opportunities, professional advice, leadership guidance, and continued involvement with the chapter, alumnae provide meaningful support to collegiate members as they navigate academics, internships, career preparation, and personal growth. Alumnae also remain involved through chapter events, philanthropy initiatives, and special traditions that help strengthen the bond between past and current members.

The Theta Beta chapter’s alumnae support reflects Kappa’s belief in lifelong sisterhood and encourages members to remain connected to the organization long after their time at Illinois State University. In addition to mentorship and networking, members also benefit from resources provided through the Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation, including scholarships, leadership development programs, educational opportunities, and mental health and well-being support.
